NEWPORT — A two-vehicle crash occurred on the Interstate 91 Access Road near Pine Hill Road early this morning, according to the Vermont State Police.
Laura Gray, 63, of Barton, was driving a 2022 Kia Sportage and Brandon Davio, 58, of Newport, was operating a 2007 Mitsubishi Endeavor at the time of the crash.
Gray colliding with Davio’s vehicle at the intersection of Crawford Road and the I-91 Access Road.
Gray and Davio were transported to North Country Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. police say.
The Newport City Police Department, Derby Line Fire and Newport EMS also responded to the incident.
Both vehicles were reported to be totaled due to the impact of the crash.
Police say the investigation into the circumstances of the crash is ongoing.
