WATERFORD — A 16-year-old from Connecticut was injured during a single-vehicle crash in Waterford yesterday.
The crash took place on Vermont Route 18 at around 3:45 p.m.
According to the report, the driver lost control of his vehicle while negotiating a corner.
The vehicle slid into an embankment and trees on the west side of the highway, causing serious damage.
A passenger sustained minor injury and was transported to NVRH.
Police say speed was a primary contributing factor of the crash.
