MONKTON — A 68-year-old man was cited following an incident in Monkton yesterday.
Police say John A. Gargano, of Monkton, will face charges of violation of conditions of release, and 527 counts of calling the police dispatchers.
Gargano was found to be in violation of his conditions of release from May 27, through June 2, as he called and harassed both state and local police department dispatchers.
During this timeframe, Gargano called and harassed the dispatch centers a total of 527 times.
State police say he was issued a citation to appear in court on Monday to answer the charge
