HARTLAND — A 52-year-old man was cited following a crash in Hartland last month.
On May 27, authorities say they were notified of a vehicle operating erratically and crashing into the grassy area between the southbound on-ramp on I-91 at around 7:00 p.m.
Police say the driver had fled the scene.
The vehicle came to a position of rest on all four tires after striking a tree and spinning out.
The driver was identified as Sean McGurk, of Hartland.
McGurk was located yesterday and issued a citation to appear in court on July 25.
Anyone who witnessed the crash or the operation of the vehicle prior to the crash is asked to call Trooper Alibozek at the Westminster barracks at 802-722-4600.
