LYNDON — A 42-year-old man was arrested for violation of condition of release following an incident in Lyndon yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a family disturbance on Calendar Brook Road at around 11:10 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that David Beer, of Lyndon, was violating his court-ordered conditions of release.
He was arrested and brought back to the barracks where he was processed, issued a citation, and released to the custody of NERCF.
