CONCORD — The Concord Police Department is investigating a reckless motor vehicle operation complaint and is seeking witnesses to the incident.
On Friday, May 19, at approximately 7:50 p.m., a black Ford Taurus fled from Concord Police Officers at a high rate of speed.
The suspect vehicle was traveling northbound on Storrs Street underneath the Legislative Parking Garage.
During the incident, the suspect vehicle nearly struck an oncoming vehicle, a white Subaru with its headlights on, that was traveling southbound on Storrs Street.
The Concord Police Department is attempting to identify the operator of the white Subaru or any other witnesses to this incident.
