NEWPORT — A 23-year-old Derby man has been cited for larceny after allegedly stealing two credit cards from a relative.
Damien Emerson will face charges for the incident, police say.
The Vermont State Police began the investigation on April 21, after a 38-year-old woman from Newport City, reported the theft.
Damien is accused of stealing two credit cards and making charges on three separate occasions.
He has been cited to appear in court at a later date.
