PORTSMOUTH — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who was involved in a theft in Portsmouth.
The theft occurred at the Roundabout Diner on May 3.
Police say the man stole a tip jar at around 6:00 p.m.
The theft took place while the diner was open.
