NEWBURY — Vermont State Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a stolen bicycle and identifying a suspect linked to the theft.
The incident occurred on May 14, outside the Wells River Motel on Main Street in Newbury.
Security footage from the motel captured an unidentified male taking a teal-colored Huffy mountain bike.
The authorities have released still images of the suspect and a stock photo of the bicycle to aid in the identification process.
Trooper Kyle Fecher, the officer leading the investigation, is requesting anyone with relevant information about the theft or the unidentified male to contact the St. Johnsbury Barracks at (802) 748-3111.
