RUTLAND — A 34-year-old man from Rutland was arrested for his third DUI following an incident in Rutland yesterday.
Police say they pulled over Jerry Dunbar, who was operating a vehicle on West Street, while he was driving with a criminally suspended license.
Dunbar’s license was criminally suspended at the time of the stop.
He was charged with DUI #3 and DLS.
He was issued citations to appear in court for both offenses.
