WATERBURY — A 45-year-old woman was arrested following an incident in Waterbury on Friday.
Authorities say they were notified that Andrea Pray, of Waterbury, had been ordered by the court to not consume alcohol and she was seen impaired at around 7:30 p.m.
Police say that Pray was in violation of her court-ordered conditions of release.
It was also found that she threatened a household member, causing them fear.
While attempting to take Pray into custody, she allegedly refused to comply and was yelling obscenities to household members from the bottom of the driveway.
Pray was taken into custody and was issued a citation to appear in court on May 15.
She was transferred to the custody of probation and parole.
