WATERBURY — A 28-year-old man from Worcester was cited for unlawful mischief following an incident in Waterbury earlier this month.
On May 8, authorities say they were contacted by James Fuller, 31, of Graniteville, informing that his vehicle had been recently vandalized.
Police say a tire was damaged and it was found that the vandalism occurred on the evening of May 3, around 10:25 p.m. in the parking lot of Ben & Jerrys.
After further investigation, probable cause was found to charge Jordan French with unlawful mischief.
French was cited to appear in court on June 1.
