HIGHGATE — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying two people involved in a theft in Highgate yesterday.
The theft took place at a home on Route 78, near Machia Road, at around 4:05 a.m.
The complainant told police that two individuals had stolen several furniture items and a potted plant off their porch before fleeing the scene in a small red vehicle with a black utility trailer attached.
Police say that the individuals and vehicle in question may be linked to several other thefts in the Franklin County area.
Several photographs of the theft incident were released today.
At the time of this release, the items stolen were not recovered.
