ADDISON — A 34-year-old man from Bristol is facing multiple charges following an investigation that began in July of 2022.
Police say Thomas Utter is facing charges relating to various incidents between July 2022, and January 2023.
The charges include domestic assault, cruelty to a child, unlawful restraint 2nd degree, offense committed in the presence of a child, disorderly conduct, violation conditions of release, and violation of an abuse prevention order.
Utter was cited through his attorney to appear in court on May 8.
