LYNDON — A 29-year-old woman from Barton was arrested following an incident in Lyndon early this morning.
Police say they observed a motor vehicle violation and conducted a traffic stop on Depot Street at around 12:35 a.m.
Police say they observed signs of impairment on the driver.
After sobriety tests, she was arrested for suspicion of DUI for drugs other than alcohol.
Following an investigation, police say that the driver had possession of several regulated drugs.
Police say the investigation of this incident continues, pending further charges.
