BRATTLEBORO — A 38-year-old man from Connecticut was cited following an incident in Brattleboro.
Police say they witnessed a vehicle traveling at 105 miles-per-hour in the posted 65 miles-per-hour speed zone near mile marker 13.5.
The vehicle was stopped near exit 3.
Police say no signs of impairment were noted.
The driver, Leslie E. Jones, of Manchester, CT, was released on a citation to appear in court at a later date.
He was also issued traffic tickets for the civil speeding violation and being an operator possessing an open container of marijuana.
