MILTON — A 53-year-old man from New Hampshire was killed during a motorcycle crash in Milton on Saturday.
The crash took place on Route 16 north at around 3:20 p.m.
The driver of the motorcycle was identified as Leigh Nichols, of Wakefield, NH.
According to the report, Nichols was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police say Nichols was traveling at an excessive speed when he left the road and hit a tree.
Witnesses told police that no other vehicles were involved or suspected of being involved in this crash.
