RUTLAND — A 31-year-old man from Clarendon was cited for false reports to law enforcement authorities following an incident in Rutland last year.
On April 25, authorities say they were notified that Kyle Bruno provided false information in a previous interaction with police on December 1, 2022.
Following an investigation, police allege that Kyle Bruno used a relative’s name and date of birth to avoid being properly identified by police.
This week, Kyle Bruno was cited to appear in court on June 5.
