ENOSBURG — A 25-year-old man from Highgate was cited for careless and negligent operation following an incident in Enosburg yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of an older pickup truck doing donuts and burnouts in the village area at around 5:35 p.m.
Police say ultimately Jason Bessette was cited to court for the charges.
Additional charges or tickets may be forthcoming, police say.
There were no reported injuries.
