MORRISVILLE — The Vermont State Police are still actively searching for shooting suspect Henry Lovell, whom they believe remains in the Morrisville area as of Sunday afternoon.
In response, the state police have maintained an active presence in and around Morrisville, including the Tactical Services Unit and K-9 Unit, conducting multiple targeted searches throughout the area during the day and continuing to pursue leads.
Lovell remains at large as of 2:45 p.m.
Members of the public should expect to see an ongoing and highly visible police presence into Sunday evening.
Police urge community members to use caution and be aware of their surroundings while going about their business, and to immediately report any concerns, suspicious circumstances, or suspicious individuals to the police.
People who see anyone who matches Lovell’s description should call 911.
The Vermont State Police have released two additional photos of Lovell from recent, previous interactions with police.
