TOPSHAM — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the owner of an abandoned camper in Topsham.
The vehicle was abandoned in a dirt pull-off on Vermont Route 25 sometime between April 9 and April 15.
A picture of the camper was released today.
Anyone with information about the camper’s origins or the owner is asked to contact police.
