FALL RIVER — A 32-year-old man was arrested for an unarmed robbery in Fall River.
The incident occurred on April 10, when James Smith, of Fall River, followed the 76-year-old victim from a convenience store and took her purse as she made her way home.
Police say Smith is charged with unarmed robbery of a person over the age of 60.
He also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
