WEBSTER — A 36-year-old man was arrested in Webster last week.
Police say they observed activity consistent with the sale of narcotics involving a vehicle and an individual on Granite Street at around 4:40 p.m. on April 14.
This information was given out and Officer Nicholas Caruso identified the vehicle and stopped it in the parking lot at CVS on East Main Street.
In speaking with the driver, Christopher Cedeno, it was found that he did not have a license to drive in Massachusetts.
He was placed under arrest for that and transported back to the Webster Police Department by Officer Spencer Donovan.
During the booking process, Officer Donovan located what is believed to be 13 grams of crack cocaine.
There were 25 individually wrapped “rocks” or pieces, which were believed to be packaged for sale.
Cedeno was charged with unlicensed operation and distribution of a class B substance.
He was arraigned in Dudley District Court on Tuesday.
