SOMERSWORTH — A Jersey Mike’s Subs location was burglarized in Somersworth last week.
The incident took place on Tri City Road on April 13.
Police say the burglary was discovered the following day and reported to the department.
As a result of the investigation, a search warrant was executed and stolen property recovered at the home of Christopher Todd.
Todd, 45, was previously employed by Jersey Mike’s Subs.
He was arrested yesterday and charged with burglary.
He was released on personal recognizance bail.
His arraignment date has yet to be determined, but it will be in Strafford Superior Court.
