RICHFORD – Adrian Robtoy II, 28, has been charged with second degree aggravated domestic assault for an incident that took place today in RIchford.
According to the Vermont State Police, Robtoy physically assaulted a household member in the presence of a juvenile child at their residence on Sweat Street.
The victim, whose name was not released by authorities, filed a request for abuse prevention order which was granted and served on Robtoy.
He has been cited to appear in the Franklin County Superior Court for the above offenses.
The Vermont State Police says they are committed to protecting victims of domestic violence.
