779 calls logged by Plymouth Police Department

PLYMOUTH — The Plymouth Police Department logged 779 calls for service from April 10 to April 16, according to an activity report released by the department.

During that same time period, the department reported multiple arrests, including a 22-year-old who was arrested on a warrant for simple assault, physical contact, or bodily injury on two counts.

A 57-year-old was arrested for criminal mischief, while a 41-year-old was arrested on multiple warrants from different agencies.

Other arrests included a 21-year-old for illegal kindling of fire, a 29-year-old for reckless operation, a 19-year-old for manufacturing/possessing a false government ID, and two 19-year-olds for transporting alcohol by a minor and unlawful possession or intoxication.

A 17-year-old was also arrested for reckless operation and operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle license.

The department also reported several investigative reports, including multiple instances of simple assault, physical contact, or bodily injury, and a report of a missing person.

In addition, there were five motor vehicle accidents in Plymouth during that time period, resulting in two warnings and four citations for moving violations.

The Plymouth Parking Enforcement and Plymouth Police Department also issued 82 parking citations and immobilized one vehicle for non-payment of parking fines.

The activity report serves as a reminder of the important work done by law enforcement agencies to keep communities safe and manage daily operations.
