BETHEL — A 55-year-old man was arrested on a warrant following an incident in Bethel yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a citizen dispute at around 3:30 p.m.
During the investigation, police allege that Donald Giovanella, of Bethel, had an active instate arrest warrant for failing to appear.
Giovanella was taken into custody without incident.
He was lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility.
He was ordered to appear in court today to answer the charge.
