ST. ALBANS — A 41-year-old man is facing charges following an incident in Saint Albans last month.
On March 17, authorities say they began an investigation into home improvement fraud.
The investigation revealed Ryan Eaton, of Georgia, entered a contract to conduct renovations to a home in Saint Albans.
Police say Eaton took two deposits, did not complete work outlined in the contract, or refund the deposit when requested to do so.
He is due in court on May 9 to answer the charge of home improvement fraud.
