ENOSBURG – Damian Dailey, 28, of Enosburg, has been cited to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on a charge of petit larceny following an incident on Church Street on April 14.
According to Vermont State Police, a cooler full of assorted alcoholic beverages was stolen off the front porch of a residence.
The theft was reported to troopers from the St. Albans Barracks on April 16, and security footage of the suspect was captured by the homeowner.
After viewing the footage, troopers identified the suspect as Damian Dailey, who they say is familiar to them.
Dailey was located in Enosburg on April 17, and issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court.
