GUILFORD — A 39-year-old woman from Newfane was arrested following an incident in Guilford early this morning.
Police say they observed a Dodge Ram pickup truck stuck in a farmer’s field on Guilford Center Road at around 2:55 a.m.
The trooper turned around to check on the vehicle and found three people, one man and two women, walking away from the pickup.
While conducting an investigation, one of the two women began assaulting the other.
Police identified the suspect as Jessica Spinella.
Spinella was arrested for simple assault and disorderly conduct.
She was transported to the Brattleboro Police Department for processing.
She was issued a criminal citation and ordered to report to court on May 30 for arraignment.
