GREENFIELD – The search continues for 71-year-old David E. Jackson, who was reported missing yesterday evening.
Jackson, a white male with grey hair and beard, was last seen at his home on Orchard Street.
He is known to enjoy hiking in Highland Park, particularly near Sachems Head.
Search efforts began immediately following the report of Jackson’s disappearance.
Overnight, officers, a K9 unit, and a drone deployed by the Greenfield Fire Department were used in the search of the park and surrounding areas.
Despite these efforts, Jackson has not been located.
The search resumed this morning, as authorities continue to seek information on the whereabouts of Jackson.
