TUNBRIDGE — A 46-year-old man from Massachusetts was arrested following an incident in Tunbridge early this morning.
Authorities say they were notified of a violation of conditions of release at a home at around 12:00 a.m.
While en route, the victim told police that Justin Stone, of West Harwich, MA, had violated his conditions by coming to her home and having since left in a vehicle.
Troopers located the vehicle and spoke with Stone.
While speaking with Stone, police say they suspected him to be under the influence of intoxicants.
Stone was arrested and brought back to the Royalton barracks for suspicion of DUI and a violation of a relief from abuse order.
