NASHUA – This week the Hudson Police Department and Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem Oriented Policing Unit conducted a coordinated round-up, resulting in the arrests of 11 individuals for various drug crimes and offenses related to drug activity.
Among those arrested were:
Miguel Saez, age 58, was charged with three counts of Sale of a Controlled Drug- subsequent offense (crack-cocaine), Class A Felony, and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug- subsequent offense (heroin/ fentanyl and methamphetamine), Class A Felony. Saez was held on cash bail pending his arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.
Matthew Paulino, age 36, of Nashua, New Hampshire was charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug (Heroin/Fentanyl)- Subsequent Offense, Class A Felony. Paulino also had an Electronic Bench Warrant for Non-Appearance in Court issued out of 9th Circuit District Division- Nashua Court. Paulino was released on personal recognizance bail pending his future arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.
Nearo Forbes, age 38, of Nashua, New Hampshire was charged with an Electronic Bench Warrant for Non-Appearance in Court issued out of 9th Circuit District Division – Nashua Court. Forbes was released on personal recognizance bail pending his future arraignment at the 9th Circuit District Division – Nashua Court.
Chayse Schroeder, age 23, of Lowell, Massachusetts was charged with an out of town warrant issued by the Hudson, NH Police Department for Driving after Revocation/Suspension. Schroeder was also wanted on two separate Electronic Bench Warrants issued by the Merrimack District Court and 9th Circuit District Division- Nashua Court for Non-Appearance in Court. Schroeder was released on personal recognizance bail pending his future arraignment at the 9th Circuit District Division – Nashua Court.
Joshua Benoit, age 27, of Nashua, New Hampshire was charged with an Electronic Bench Warrant for Non-Appearance in Court issued out of 9th Circuit District Division – Nashua Court. Forbes was released on personal recognizance bail pending his future arraignment at the 9th Circuit District Division – Nashua Court.
Ashley Reeves, age 31, was arrested on two Capias warrants issued out of the Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District. Reeves was held without bail pending her future arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.
Robert Brown, age 23, of Nashua, New Hampshire was arrested on an active warrant for Burglary, Class B Felony. Brown was released to the Hudson Police Department.
Jeremy Trask, age 34, of Milford, New Hampshire was arrested on (2) Capias warrants issued out of Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District. Trask was held without bail pending his future arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District.
Manuel Escamilla, age 30, of Nashua, New Hampshire was arrested on a Capias warrant out of the Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District. Escamilla was held without bail pending his future arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.
Quentin Roberts, age 52 of Nashua, New Hampshire was arrested on an active arrest warrant issued from the Hudson, New Hampshire Police Department for Unsworn Falsification while trying to purchase a firearm, Class A Misdemeanor. Roberts was released on personal recognizance bail pending his future arraignment at the 9th Circuit District Division – Nashua Court.
Robert Johansen, age 39 of Pelham, New Hampshire was arrested and charged with two (2) counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug with the Intent to Distribute-subsequent offense (crack cocaine and methamphetamine), Class A Felony, as well as two (2) counts of Falsifying Physical Evidence, Class B Felony. Johansen was held on cash bail pending his future arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.
