NASHUA — A man is facing charges after violating a protective order and stalking a female acquaintance in Nashua.

Jonathan Sturtevant, 33, was served with a protective order preventing him from communicating with the woman, but police say he ignored the order and made contact with her.

Sturtevant had two previous stalking-related convictions within the past seven years, making this incident a Class B Felony.

On April 11, members of the Nashua Police Department’s Uniform Field Operations Bureau arrested Sturtevant for stalking, and domestic violence which is also a Class B Felony.
