SOUTH BURLINGTON — A 41-year-old man was arrested for his second DUI following an incident in South Burlington yesterday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop on I-89 west at around 11:00 p.m.
The driver was identified as Matthew McFadden, of South Burlington.
While speaking with McFadden, police say they detected several indicators of impairment.
He was arrested for the suspicion of DUI and transported to the Williston barracks for processing.
At the conclusion of processing, he was released with a citation to appear in court on May 2 to answer to the charge of DUI #2.
