WILLIAMSTOWN — A 25-year-old man was arrested for his second DUI following an incident in Williamstown today.
Authorities say they were notified of a vehicle off the road on Martin Road at around 1:45 p.m.
Police say they located the vehicle adjacent to a ditch.
The driver was identified as Seth Hepburn, of Williamstown.
While speaking with Hepburn indicators of impairment were detected, police say.
Hepburn was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and transported to the Washington County Sheriff’s Department for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear in court and released.
