FAIR HAVEN — Police are investigating a fatal fire that broke out in Fair Haven yesterday.
Authorities were notified of a structure fire involving a residential structure on Griffith Pond Road at around 5:50 a.m.
Police say the structure was fully engulfed with fire when they arrived.
Fire suppression efforts were conducted, but the structure was completely consumed by the fire.
Two victims were located deceased within the structure.
Police say they are still investigating the origin and cause of this fire.
