PLAISTOW – Police responded to reports of shots fired outside an establishment on Plaistow Road on Monday.
Officers arrived at the scene at approximately 8:38 p.m. where they briefly detained and released one male.
According to patrons of the establishment, they heard the sound of 3-4 gunshots in the immediate area.
Police searched the area, including surrounding businesses and neighborhoods, but found no suspects.
At this time, there is no known danger to the public.
The investigation is ongoing.
