NEWFANE — A 36-year-old man was cited following an incident in Newfane last week.
Police say they received a report of an abuse prevention order violation by Jacob Reilly March 22.
Police allege that Reilly had violated the order several times during the months of February and March.
Reilly was also found to be in violation of his court-ordered conditions of release.
He was issued a citation to appear in court on March 27.
