SHOREHAM — A 61-year-old man was arrested for his second DUI following a crash in Shoreham yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Philion Road at around 10:40 p.m.
The driver was identified as William Johnson, of Shoreham.
While speaking with Johnson, police say they observed indicators of impairment.
Johnson was screened and placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI.
He was transported to the New Haven barracks for processing and released with a citation for the offense to appear in court at a later date.
Troopers were assisted by members of Middlebury Rescue and the Shoreham Fire Department.
