FRANKLIN — A 31-year-old man from Berkshire was arrested on a warrant following an incident in Franklin yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a call from a home on Middle Road at around 6:30 p.m.
The woman caller told police that there was a man in the home causing a disturbance and attempting to destroy property.
Police identified the man as Wayne Honaker.
While en route to the home, police learned that Honaker had an active arrest warrant for failing to appear in court in reference to prior criminal charges out of St. Albans.
He was taken into custody without incident.
Honaker was transported to Northwest State Correctional Facility and held on lack of $200 bail.
