WATERBURY — A 36-year-old man was arrested for violation of conditions of release following an incident in Waterbury on Sunday.
Authorities say they were notified of a suspicious vehicle at the Champlain Valley Farms at around 12:30 p.m.
Police say they responded to the scene and identified the two occupants of the vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle, Shane Roberts, of Waterbury, was found to be in violation of his court-ordered conditions of release by being with the passenger of the vehicle.
Roberts was arrested without incident and transported to the Berlin barracks for processing.
He was issued court-ordered conditions of release and released on a citation.
