ENOSBURG – Vermont State Police responded to an incident on Kennison Drive in Enosburg yesterday.
According to the investigation, Rebecca Martin, a 22-year-old resident of Richford, entered a residence without permission and assaulted Jenessa Ryea, a 23-year-old resident of Enosburg.
Martin was charged with simple assault and burglary.
She was released on a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court for the offenses.
The motive for the assault and burglary is still under investigation.
