FAIR HAVEN – Heidi J. Ward, 50, of Fair Haven, was arrested yesterday by Fair Haven Police after it was discovered that she was wanted on an outstanding warrant.
Ward was taken into custody at 11:30 a.m. on Benson Lane.
The arrest warrant was issued by the Hon. Judge Cortland Corsones of the Rutland District Court after Ward failed to appear in court on February 27, 2023, for prior charges of retail theft.
Ward was arrested and released on a citation to appear in Rutland District Court on March 23.
