RUTLAND — A 40-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Rutland yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a domestic disturbance at the Days Inn Hotel at around 10:10 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Kelly Hall, of Rutland, had physically assaulted a family/household member during the incident.
Hall was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Vermont State Police Rutland barracks.
He was issued conditions of release.
He is due in Rutland Superior Criminal Court on Monday.
