LYNDONVILLE – Robert Guest Jr., a 29-year-old resident of Lyndonville, was arrested on March 18, 2023, for violating his court-ordered curfew.
The arrest was made by Officer Jason Harris, who recognized Guest walking on Main Street while on patrol.
Officer Harris had previously arrested Guest for violating his curfew, and confirmed that the curfew was still active.
He stopped Guest and took him into custody without incident.
He was then processed at LPD and released on a flash citation.
The incident occurred at 11:30 a.m.
