NASHUA – A man has been arrested after threatening a plow truck driver with a firearm in Nashua.
On March 14, Wesley Quiroz, crashed into a plow truck and got into a verbal altercation with the driver.
The argument escalated and Quiroz pulled out a gun.
The incident took place in the south end of Nashua.
Quiroz, who was charged with criminal threatening with a firearm, is facing up to 7 years in state prison, exclusive of fines.
He was arrested by the Nashua Police Department’s Problem Oriented Policing Unit on March 16, 2023 and is being held on Preventative Detention.
Quiroz is scheduled for arraignment on March 17, 2023.
