MANCHESTER — Four people were arrested and drugs and a firearm were seized during a search warrant execution yesterday in Manchester, New Hampshire.
The search warrant was the result of an investigation into the distribution of crystal methamphetamines, heroin/fentanyl, and the illegal possession of firearms.
One of the individuals arrested initially refused to exit the building, causing a portion of Front Street to be closed for a time.
The following individuals were arrested:
Thomas Pillsbury, 33, of Manchester – Possession of Controlled Drug (Methamphetamine), Theft by Unauthorized Taking (Motor Vehicle), and Receiving Stolen Property
Emir Velic, 39, of Manchester – Resisting Arrest and Merrimack County Warrant for Non-Appearance (Underlying Charge Criminal Threatening w/ a deadly weapon)
Cassandra Thornton, 26, of Atkinson – Hillsborough Superior Court – North Warrant for Non-Appearance in Court (Underlying Drug and Theft Charges)
Juan Negron, 51, of Manchester – Falsifying Physical Evidence, Receiving Stolen Property
Negron was arrested in Concord, NH, by the Concord Police Department, along with Manchester Police Special Enforcement Division Detectives.
The investigation was supported through Operation Granite Shield.
In addition to the arrests, a quantity of methamphetamines, heroin, and fentanyl was located and seized, as well as a firearm.
