PITTSFORD — A 66-year-old man from Rutland was arrested for DUI following an incident in Pittsford today.
Authorities say they were notified of a single-vehicle crash on Stevens Road at around 5:20 p.m.
Witnesses told police that the driver appeared to be intoxicated.
Police identified the driver as Robert Farnham.
During the interaction, Farnham displayed several indicators of impairment and was screened for driving under the influence.
He was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI and transported to the Rutland City Police Department for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear in court at a later date and time.
