NASHUA — A Nashua man has been arrested for violating a protective order and faces a Class B felony charge.
Jonathan Sturtevant, 33, allegedly communicated with a female known to him after being served with the protective order, according to the Nashua Police Department.
The investigation also revealed that Sturtevant had two previous stalking-related convictions within the past seven years.
Sturtevant was arrested by Nashua police and charged with stalking and domestic violence.
He is being held pending his arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court- Southern District today.
If found guilty, Sturtevant could face up to seven years imprisonment in addition to fines.
